Order Processing

We move fast so your pets don't have to wait.

  • Processing Window: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation.

  • Daily Cut-Off: Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

  • Rest Days: Please note that we do not process or ship orders on Sundays or major U.S. holidays.

Transit & Delivery

Once your package leaves our hands, we partner with reliable carriers to get it to your doorstep.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your pet’s treats every step of the way.

Currently, Pet Havenly Ltd ships to:

  • All 50 U.S. States.

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to U.S. territories.

Returns & Shipping Issues
